My client is looking for a senior team member for their planning department and cost control specialists. The client has an excellent reputation in Australia and worldwide. For the Project control planner position, you will assist in the sound development of planning policies, processes and procedures that will ensure all activity in the operating and general business environment is fully analysed and understood; you need to ensure that plan of events are reached to ensure the project progresses through to a successful outcome. I am interested in seeing people who have experience in any of the following industries; Water, roads, mining, oil and gas, rail, commercial civil works and infrastructure. You must have excellent industry knowledge in your chosen field and have worked in this role for a minimum of 5 years.
To be successful in the cost control positions you need to demonstrate experience in the Oil and Gas sector. The responsibilities cover collating delivery tickets to report the monthly spend to the Quantity Surveyor, assisting the Quantity Surveyor with tenders and forecasting. Checking the monthly costs reports and transferring ????? ????? as necessary. Checking and clearing ????? ????? invoices and dealing with any queries. Checking all subcontract invoices and preparing ????? ?????. A minimum of 3 years post quals is essential for these roles.
