Currently they have a requirement for a Senior Electrical Estimator to lead the Queensland business unit.
Within this role you will be required to manage a team of up to estimators in the business. You will also be required to produce quality electrical estimates for upcoming projects.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will have the following accountabilies:
- Developing and submitting tenders in a team environment
- Assessing project costs and subcontract conditions
- Negotiating tenders for the business group
- Developing design and construct estimates and rates for power, water and infrastructure projects
The ideal applicant will have a trade background or tertiary qualification from the electrical and mechanical discipline. You should also have a knowledge of estimating computer programs and have previous experience in working within a team environment. Prior experience as an electrical estimator for infrastructure, rail or power projects are key factors in securing ????? ????? for this role.
