Estimating Manager, take on a team of 6 based across Queensland for this leading structural steel firm. Primarily focused on pricing work for main contractors, the role of Estimating Manager will see you leading their specialist team and developing new business opportunities throughout the region. This role is suited to a Senior Estimator or Estimating Manager that has previous experience in the structural steel buildings industry coupled with a background in the management or mentoring ????? ????? team of estimators.

This newly created role for an Estimating Manager is part of the strategic development of their business and its growth throughout 2010 and beyond.

What we're looking for:

5 years experience in Estimating - Structural Steel Buildings essential - i.e hangars, factories, warehouses or sporting facilities
Expert skills using MS Excel and commercial estimating packages
Proven business development skills or an aptitude for sales
Previous experience leading teams is essential
Tertiary qualification in construction or engineering
