As a result of their continued growth and with the addition of new 'super projects' to their portfolio, they currently have an exciting opportunity for a 2IC to the Drawing Office Manager.
This opportunity will suit a HVAC professional with a background in construction and sheet metal fabrication someone who is keen to progress up the career ladder. Perhaps you are frustrated with the company you are currently with, struggling to reach the level you have the potential for. In this role your responsibilities will involve the management of your team, scheduling, training of drafting apprentices, and supervision of specific areas. However, there is no limit in taking this role to the next level. As important will be your attitude to your work environment, clients and career that will see you excel in this top role.
What we're looking for:
- 10+years detail design experience in HVAC
- 3D and CADduct software
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
