Due to increased demand for their services and expertise within the health, aged care and education sectors the need for an experienced Design Architect has become apparent. This is not a speculative role anticipating forthcoming project wins, this role comes about because of secured work and the strategic development of the practice. If you are feeling under-utilised with your current firm and not getting to grips with any "real" design then this could be the spark that you need to reignite your career.
In addition to design, this practice prides itself on the involvement of their principal contact throughout the lifecycle of a project, ensuring that you see your design come to fruition. It is therefore preferred that the Design Architect have previous experience managing the full lifecycle of projects in education, health, aged care or multi-unit residential. Summary of experience required:
Proven experience managing the full lifecycle of projects from design to delivery
Excellent client relationship skills
Exposure to health, aged care, education or multi-unit residential
Experience using ArchiCAD
