Due to increased demand for their services and expertise within the health, aged care and education sectors the need for an experienced Design Architect has become apparent. It is therefore preferred that the Design Architect have previous experience managing the full lifecycle of projects in education, health, aged care or multi-unit residential. Summary of experience required:
Proven experience managing the full lifecycle of projects from design to delivery
Excellent client relationship skills
Exposure to health, aged care, education or multi-unit residential
Experience using ArchiCAD
