Our client has a challenging and exciting new role for a Design Architect within their prestigious Brisbane studio. The opportunity has arisen due to their loyal client base providing them with many avenues for repeat business with some of the most intriguing and sought after projects in the region. With a project portfolio spanning high rise commercial/residential, retail and exclusive individual residences you are assured of a diverse and challenging workload. As a firm with a reputation for excellence in both design and delivery, this practice consitently surpasses the expectations of even the most demanding clients.
Located in the heart of Brisbane CBD in offices of their own design, you will join a collaborative team that is commited to design and delivery excellence. Your design skills will be well honed after 5 or more years of commercial experience and you should be registered or well on your way to registration. Expert skills in AutoCAD and Revit are also a requirement for this role and your portfolio should provide examples of your skills. On offer is a role that offers the autonomy craved by many, yet with the support of an experienced management team, on hand to provide guidance as required. What we are looking for:
Design Architect with 5 years commercial experience
Expert skills in AutoCAD and Revit
Proven experience in a design role working on high rise commercial/residential, retail or exclusive individual residential ($2m+)
Excellent communication skills with both internal team members and external clients
