Project Manager Heritage Building Experience
Working for this International Consultancy based in the CBD will allow you an opportunity to work on a range of their leading projects. This company has a global reach and capabilities in Project Management, Cost Management, Construction Management and Risk Management that spreads across the following projects: Buildings- Education, Heritage, Commercial, Civic; Infrastructure; Mining and Oil and Gas.
This company have been successful in wining a range of key building projects and are looking to develop their capabilities in the Heritage sector, working on a range of projects throughout the Capital cities of Australia. This is an opportunity to move into a role and to develop a division around your capabilities.
To be successful at this role you must have the following:
Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Engineering ????? ?????
Accredited by the Australian Institute of Project Management
Minimium of 15 years experience specifically specialising in Heritage projects
Strong understanding for relevant legislations
Ability to work with a range of clients and manage their expectations
Strong ability to market new clients
A desire to work and lead a range of consultants to achieve key milestones for this company
