The water industry is undergoing major changes as the world grapples with the need for low carbon emitting yet high performance water treating solutions. To strengthen their existing project portfolio, a requirement has emerged for an experienced Office Coordinator to support their new Brisbane office.

As the sole administrator and reporting directly to the Chief Executive, responsibilities include;

Support to CEO, Directors and Management staff including Diary management and travel coordination
Liaise with clients, coordinate communication and meetings as required
Arrange venues and catering for functions
Collate information required for invoicing and reports
Project support including document management, minute meetings, coordination of reports and liaison with clients
Maintain administrative systems including templates and document integrity
Undertake research and other project duties as required by Management, Design leads and Project Managers
Coordinate and compile submissions and presentations
Reception duties

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience supporting a small office and a team of busy professionals. You will be proactive, motivated and thrive in an environment that allows you to work autonomously as well as in a team environment. In addition, you will have a thorough understanding of project methodology. Advanced skills within the Microsoft Suite and knowledge of document processes will be essential to your success. Previous experience within the design or project industries will be looked upon favourably.
