Our client is a diverse business structure who operates in the resources industry. They currently require an Accounts Payable Officer to join their team on a temporary basis for a period of six months. Based in the CBD, this position can equip you with a busy role with a recognised industry leader.

 

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager your duties will include controlling the Accounts Payable from and end to end perspective. This will include matching invoices to purchase orders and liaising with site regarding any issues. You will also process multiple payment runs and reconcile supplier statements. Communication skills are key as you will also action the queries inbox on a daily basis.

 

To secure this position you will be a highly experienced Accounts Payable Officer with exposure to high volume, transactional environments. Your ability to liaise with financial and non-financial people remotely will be a plus as will be your ability to work together effectively in a team.
