Well established Australian owned International Freight Forwarder and Logistics provider located at Botany seeking confident person to handle Customer expectations within a well structured department
You will be working closely with Customers to meet expectations, develop relationships, provide a high level of support service and resolutions
You will be supplying reliable updated sales information
You will work closely with overseas partners and local offices with problem solving and relationship building
ABOUT THE JOB
You must have local industry experience in import and export operations both ocean and air, this knowledge will compliment your confidence and honest approach in handling day to day tasks of:-
Registration and Data Entry of shipments processing paper work with relevant authorities for accurate and efficient delivery or collection of shipments
Purchase Order Management follow up and completion
Interacting directly with broad range of customers
Implementing and revising of customer expectations and specific requirements
ABOUT YOU
You must have previous experience in the local market in either Import/Export Operations or Customer Service working for a International Freight Forwarder thus giving you the local experience and background knowledge in understanding customers expectations
You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
A strong confident and honest personally to handle customers in a professional manner at all times
