My client is an industry leader in the FMCG sector with global brand awareness. Located in Botany, this company offers support and guidance to all staff.
We require an experienced HR professional to join the HR Services team. The successful applicant will be providing administrative support as well as specialist advice and guidance to all staff and line managers.
Duties include
Responding to HR Helpline requests
Processing HR related requests
Liaising with the Payroll team regarding changes
Updating all HR databases and systems
Processing paperwork for departing staff and new starters
Maintaining employee files
Compiling monthly reports
To be considered for this role you must
Have a minimum of 2-3 years HR services experience
Be able to work well in a team
Posses a can do attitude and a proactive approach towards work
Be able to handle strong personalities
Have intermediate to advanced MS Word and Excel skills
Previous experience with the SAP system will be highly regarded but not essential.
