We are seeking an energetic building cadet, to come and join one of Sydney's most prestigious interior fitout companies. Long term and future opportunities for progression & advancement for successful cadet.

The successful applicant's duties will include;

• Estimating, quantity surveying, ordering & contracts administration
• Site visit and inspection, OH&S compliance, general office duties
• Learning to supervise small projects, system training
• Client liaison and communiqué

The successful applicant will have the following attributes;

• Clear and fluent command of both oral and written English
• A clear concise mathematical mind
• Self esteem and ability to relate to all types of people
• 2nd year or final years of building diploma, construction management course or building degree
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft platforms with understanding of project, Excel etc.......
• Genuine career path in building
