Admin/Co-ordinator – Botany $24p/h + super - Ongoing Temp role

Our client located in the heart of Botany is seeking an Admin/Co-ordinator to support and organise a senior project manager, within this successful consumer electronics company.
Ideally this role would suit someone that can start ASAP on an ongoing basis till at least Christmas or Jan 2010. Plus this role could at some stage even go permanent for the right person. (Travellers need not apply).
This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door of a large global company and gain some excellent experience.
The role:
- Strong organisation skills – experience in supporting and organising a senior manager
- Working on approvals, working through a step by step process to make sure all the paper and applications have been filled in correctly.
- Following up and follow through and chasing information, making phone call, and completing the task at hand
- Data entry and administration
- Strong Customer Service experience
- Organising archiving of folders of applications
- Do you have a general interest or exposer to the internal mechanic's of household goods? – This is considered highly regarded.
You need:
- Proven experience within an office environment – at least 3 years
- Clear communication skills – both written and verbal
- Customer service, warm and friendly – team player, flexible
- Sound organisation and time management skills
- Can work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Advance computer skills in Microsoft suite – Word/Excel
- Accurate typing skills, Can do attitude, Reliable
- Enthusiastic and self motivated, well presented – No suits required
- Down to earth – good sense of humour, hard working
- Car parking on site, plus on the street, or 10 minutes walk to the bus stop
