A unique opportunity exists for an experienced Branch Manager to join our Blacktown based operations. Reporting to Regional Manager NSW, the Branch Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the Service Centre Network business.
In this role you will provide leadership and management direction for the efficient operation, profitability and growth of the branch. You will maintain a safe workplace and achieve agreed targets in relation to financial measures and key performance indicators.
Key challenges of the role:

- Stretching sales & customer service levels via personal representation and initiative
- Continual team and individual growth through the Leadership Competencies and Performance Management models
- Establishing Action Plans and the achievement of budget and financial targets
- Maintaining the brand and product integrity, protecting its assets, and contributing to the development and achievement of Divisional objectives.

You will have a commitment to safety in all that you do, coupled with the ability to engage others.
