Position 1 Requirements
- Ability to interact with children from 2-5 years
- Foster children's self help skills
- Promote hygiene and safety practices
- An ability to adapt to changes in the routine
- Assist in the implementation of daily program
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong relationship building / interpersonal skills
- Promote the rights, interests and needs of children
- Genuine enthusiasm and passion for the profession
Position 2 Requirements
- Ability to interact with children from 2-5 years
- Basic record keeping skills
- Effective conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of the health and safety of children
- Knowledge and experience in programming
- Knowledge of accreditation and current regulations
- Promote the rights, interests and needs of children
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong relationship building / interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills and the ability to lead a team
- Genuine enthusiasm and passion for the profession
