They will rotate you regularly to different benches, be keen to hear how you can improve their systems and process and give you incentive bonuses.
You will be continually exposed to new methods and the most up-to date best practices.

You will be working within a team of 9 chemists.

You will most likely need to relocate. Good schools and family lifestyle.
They will pay for reloaction expenses.
