Ready Workforce, the specialist division of Chandler Macleod, is a major provider of staffing, labour-hire and recruitment services to the manufacturing, logistics, trades, agricultural, hospitality and mining industries.
Due to substantial growth in regional Victoria we are looking for an OH&S focussed Recruitment Consultant to assist with the daily operations working with clients in the Bendigo and Castlemaine areas. Occasional travel to Melbourne will also be required.
This position will be based in our Castlemaine office.
Food manufacturing industry experience is preferred, focussing on implementing safety messages, conducting job safety observations and assisting investigations.
Recruitment experience including interviewing, reference checking and coordinating inductions, plus the ability to develop client relationships will be advantageous.
