Clinical Pharmacist ( no on-call, Mon-Fri - reg hrs)

This is a hospital pharmacist role with a difference (mainly seeing patients in wards, reconciliations and clinical rounds, Mon-Friday regular hours no on-call). Warm environment, busy but social and aimed at provided best practises. Suited to experienced licenced pharmacist who wants a better life for themselves and their family away from the trafiic jams, pollution and big hospital politcs. Close to schools, wineries, with ample festivals, sporting events and outdoor opportunities
