Housing Support Coordinator

Full time/Fixed term until 30/06/2010

Salary Range $63,358 - $71,887 p.a. + Super

Location: Negotiabale within the Hume Region

The Housing Support Coordinator position will provide Specialist Consultation and Intervention to Housing Management and local teams across the Hume region.

The successful applicant will be required to possess a well developed understanding of housing, homelessness and support networks in the Hume Region and a demonstrated ability to support and build the support/referral capacity of a group of staff. In addition to this the successful applicant will require excellent communication skills in order to liaise and make recommendation to senior management, staff and other stakeholders to address local housing issues and improve service delivery in the area of complex clients and sustaining tenancies.
