Housing Services Officer

Location:- Wodonga - Full Time Ongoing

Salary:- $45,332 - $56,660 + 9% Superannuation.

The housing role is to provide needs based housing assistance, sustain tenancies, manage rental accounts and undertake inspections in relation to responsive and vacated maintenance.

Housing Services Officers are responsible for the delivery of these services via the Housing Advice and Assistance Team (HAAT) and Tenancy and Property Team (TPT).

The Housing Services Officer at HSO Grade 2 is fully competent across the assigned housing functions, which could be delivered via the Housing Advice and Assistance or Tenancy and Property teams and understands and applies well-developed skills in all areas. They are a local reference point in processes and procedures for less experienced employees.

Note:-Applicants without the necessary level of demonstrated experience to undertake the Fully Competent Housing role, may be offered a Trainee Housing Officer Position (HSO1), Salary: $39,000 + Super.
