COOKOur client is looking for an all rounder cook with a passion. This busy cafe makes all of their own pastries, and does all of their own cooking which includes but is not limited to quiches, egg & bacon pies, slices - jelly / caramel slice, apple berry / carrot cakes, jam tarts, roasting of meat, deep-frying of food etc. Food preparation is also a must e.g. manual slicing of food, preparation of vegetables, coleslaw & fruit salad. A very high emphasis is on a clean workspace, therefore cleaning and washing dishes will be required. The successful applicant will be highly committed, passionate, have previous experience in cooking and have or willing to obtain a food handlers certifi cate.
