Program Delivery Officer ( Nursing in General Practice/Immunisation Programs) 0.6

• This position involves working with practices to support practice nurses in chronic disease management and team based care.

• Development and implementation of strategies to increase immunisation coverage rates and ensure quality service delivery and best practice in immunisation

• A Nursing qualification though not necessary would be advantageous.

Program Delivery Officer (Practice Support) 0.4

This position will provide support to General Practice with the aim of maintaining accreditation standards, facilitating the practice managers network and coordinating education which supports all practice staff.
