Our client is a progressive growing organisation that provides care and support to adults, children and young people within the Central Victorian region. Our client is seeking a motivated person to work in residential care units owned and managed by our client, providing care, supervision and support for young people aged 12 - 17. The successful applicant will have good written and verbal communication skills and possess a current unrestricted drivers licence and current first aid certificate. Qualifications in the Community Service area and a working knowledge of child protection legislation and OH&S principles are desirable, but not essential. The successful applicant must provide a current police check and a current working with children check with their application. Finally, the successful applicant must be prepared to work shift work, including day and night shifts and weekend work.
