Team Leader Intensive Case Management Services - ICMS

St Luke’s Child, Youth and Family Services is seeking to employ a skilled Team Leader for the Intensive Case Management Service. The primary role of an ICMS program is to provide a high level of support and intensive case management to young people (aged 13 –18) who are on protective orders.
