Compliance Manager & Executive Support Officer

We are currently seeking an experienced Compliance Manager, responsible for monitoring ????? ????? all staff members, reporting issues as required and establishing and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure compliance is maintained at all times. As Executive Support Officer, you will also provide executive support services to the Board of Directors, CEO and Corporate Management Team.

The successful appointee will be responsible but not limited to the following duties:

• Conducting regular reviews on all matters relating to compliance in relation to Australian Financial Services legislation

• Processing compliance issues and maintaining registers

• Ensuring ????? ????? policies and procedures are up to date

• Continually monitor changes to legislation, regulations and standards to ensure that compliance requirements are current and changes are implemented when required

• Prepare, record, maintain and circulate documents for meetings and other key programs within the corporate services area

To be successful you will have a broad knowledge and understanding of the Corporations Law and Financial Services Regulations, knowledge and understanding of AFSL compliance requirements and familiarity with AS(??) ???? ???? compliance requirements. An ability to develop, modify and maintain administrative documentation with a high level of detail and accuracy are essential to your success with this role.
