I am looking for a candidate who can support a customer service team!! This newly created role has been designed to be an extra pair of hands in the office. You will be required to input orders and update notes in the systems. You will also be responsible to email customers with updates on their requirements. I am looking for a candidate who is flexible to do ad hoc duties and will look at this role as a long term commitment. You will need a minimum of 3 years administration experience, be able to use Microsoft office. If you have some experience supporting a team or processing orders this would be an advantage.
