Commercial Recruitment Consultant

Integrated Group is a national leader in the supply of recruitment, labour hire and managed labour services across all sectors of industry and commerce. Due to growth and promotion within our business, our Belmont office currently has the opportunity for a new recruitment consultant to join our team.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for offering ????? ????? recruitment solutions in a timely and professional manner.
MAIN DUTIES:
Screen potential candidates over the phone from advertising responses
Interview candidates and registration process.
Reference check candidates.
Maintain a database of candidates to ensure availability of candidates to fulfil client requirements
Search for candidates using database management system.
Take order details from clients over the phone and service job orders accordingly
Offer solutions to clients
Visit client sites
Liaise and build relationships with client contacts
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
Experience in the use of Fast-Track will be looked upon favourably
Capable of working within a very close team environment
Approachable and confident in dealing with wide variety of people
Meticulous attention to detail and proactive
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to prioritize tasks
The ability to enjoy working in a team, build strong relationships and have an excellent work ethic
A need to succeed in your career and want to advance within this business
To be successful in this busy role, you will have the ability to multi-task, have strong communication skills and confident computing skills. Previous knowledge of the recruitment industry is essential.
