Global Medical Solutions Australia (GMSA) Pty Limited is a diversified pharmaceutical business; with Therepeutic Goods Administration (TGA) licensed centralised radiopharmacy in Perth, Brisbane, Sydney and pharmaceutical manufacture at Radpharm Scientific, Canberra.
GMSA is seeking a qualified and experienced senior level executive; based in Canberra, with the appropriate leadership and management skills required to decisively manage Radpharm Scientific, our TGA Licensed Pharmaceutical Manufacturing ????? ?????.
The successful candidate will report directly to the GMSA Managing Director and will be responsible for all current Radpharm operations and planning for future business expansion.
The successful candidate will need to: demonstrate leadership, personnel motivation, have significant experience with TGA regulated GMP pharmaceutical manufacture of both proprietary products and contract manufacture, P&L financials, budget management, government relations, manufacture for on-time delivery, inventory management, product development, human resource management awareness/skills and marketing ability.
This is a challenging and rewarding role with a need to communicate vision and execute strategy with confidence and decisiveness.
Essential criteria includes:
- Minimum of 5 years senior executive level management of multidiscipline GMP pharmaceutical facility manufacturing ????? ?????;
- GMP pharmaceutical, biotechnology or research experience;
- Proven and effective leadership;
- Working knowledge of cGMP, quality management systems and international pharmaceutical regulatory compliance;
- Strong evidence of exemplary communication, networking and relationship building skills;
- Extensive experience in budget management, cost control and market analysis;
- Demonstrated ability to interpret financial information;
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans;
- Proven track record in delivering ????? ?????, in a service oriented business
Highly desirable experience and qualifications include:
- Post graduate scientific qualification;
- Postgraduate business qualification;
- Australian healthcare and/or medical imaging industry
