Bega Cheese is an innovative & highly successful global leader in the manufacture & distribution of quality cheese & dairy products for major domestic & international customers. Our business employs around 1200 people across four sites in NSW & VIC, with our head office based in Bega, on the south coast of NSW.
An opportunity has now arisen for a suitably qualified professional to join our Logistics team at the Processing & Packaging Plant (PPU) in Bega & contribute to the ongoing development of a world class organisation.
As a Despatch Clerk, you will be responsible for the day-to-day computerised input/output dealing with finished goods shipments (domestic & export) & related inventory control matters. Experience in a Warehousing/Logistics environment would be preferred.
The successful appointee will possess a strong customer service focus & commensurate interpersonal & relationship management skills. You will also be a team player; possess strong administrative skills, including data entry; be able to pay attention to detail & maintain a high level of accuracy in your work; have high energy levels & be flexible & adaptable; possess strong problem solving & communications capabilities & be computer literate.
