Reporting to the Divisional Manager you will be responsible for:-
- Productivity & continuous improvement projects;
- Achievement of best practices through benchmarking;
- Developing detail analytical reporting;
- Establishing elimination procedures for root cause issues;
- Trouble shooting defects & provide technical direction to maintenance teams;
- Identifying underperforming PM regimes; &
- Continuously identifying improvement opportunities.
The successful candidate will be qualified in mechanical or electrical engineering (or related discipline) & have a high degree of computer literacy as well as a sound knowledge of CMMS. Experience gained in a high speed packaging (FMCG) environment would be highly regarded. You will have had experience in managing improvement projects & will have a track record that demonstrates your excellent communications & relationship management capabilities with multi-disciplined maintenance & operations teams.
