The positions are based in Bayswater and the hours associated with the full time position are negotiable.

Anglicare Victoria Eastern Region provides Out of Home Care, including foster care and residential care, for children and young people who are unable to live with their families of origin.

To assist us in this important work, you will be active in developing and implementing training, recruitment & retention activities and events within the Eastern region. You will be required to assist with creating effective media and promotional campaigns, regularly facilitate volunteer training, and develop strategies and host events aimed at ensuring ????? ????? of our volunteer pool.

You will be an experienced trainer of volunteers with a demonstrated background in communication, customer service, marketing or learning and development. You will have excellent written skills, be extremely computer savvy, especially in desktop publishing, be a skilled public speaker and be able to work both autonomously and as part of a team.

All positions are subject to a 3 month probationary period, followed by the offer of an ongoing contract of employment. Please note that roles will be based at Bayswater, however, the successful applicant will be required to work across a variety of sites within the Eastern Region, as well as outside traditional business hours on occasion as required. Experience in the sector, and relevant training, publicity, volunteer management, or adult education experience are all desirable.
