Full time Reception/Admin Assistant required for a busy Smash Repair business in Bayswater.

We are seeking a keen, enthusiastic and friendly person to help maintain the daily running of our professional office.   The successful candidate must be reliable, have a strong work ethic and attention to detail.  A high level of customer service is essential.

Basic duties will be reception, answering phones, customer liaison, data entry, record keeping, file management, and other general admin duties.

Experience in MS office and a polite phone manner are a must.  Successful candidate must be able to follow direction and procedures, yet also display an ability to work independently and show initiative when appropriate.
