Highly regarded council client

Located in the south eastern suburbs our local government client require a senior statutory planner (team leader) to join their regarded team to assist with a steady flow of planning application for intriguing projects within the municipality.

From either a consultancy or local government background the successful candidate will have an established background in town planning issues locally and be able to provide advice and guidance on a broad range of planning applications.

A good communicator you will liaise with developers, services providers and other teams within council and also assist with the development of more junior planners. You will be highly familiar with current planning regulations and be seeking a permanent position.

Close to public transport, city access and shopping this client is in ideal locale.

You will be well presented, well communicated and have qualifications in town planning.
