We are seeking the services of an additional recruiter who can run a profitable desk.
The person we are looking for will preferably have :
1.At least 24 months experience as a recruiter.
2.An Engineering/technical sales background.
3.Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
4.A Good sense or Humour.
5. A " Can Do " Attitude.
6.A results Focused character.
7.Must be able to identify and qualify good candidates & clients
8.Experience with TRIS (database) will be an advantage
In return for your hard work and results you will be rewarded with a package/commission structure that you will not find anywhere else in Sydney.
We can offer either a commission only role or base salary + commissions.
