Customer Service Representative x 2

 

Based in Baulkham Hills with onsite parking available this global business is looking for two experienced Customer Service reps to join the Customer Service team.  Working on a rotating roster the hours will be 8.00am-4.30pm OR 8.30am to 5.00pm. One half day per week you will also be responsible for covering ????? ????? reception desk.

Responsibilities include

• Taking calls from existing customers, who are enquiring ????? ?????
• Chasing customer invoices
• Speaking with sales reps who are enquiring ????? ?????
• Data entry
• Processing of customer orders & invoices

You will have a strong customer service experience and not be afraid to deal with problems as they arise. For this role you need to be able to keep cool under pressure as at the moment the reps manages up to 100 calls per day each.   If you are a strong team player, and are mature in approach then this could be an ideal role for you.

Although this is a work hard environment - there is also time for fun.  This could be anything from theme days, where everyone dresses up in the appropriate theme or a Friday afternoon game of Scrabble.  Great bonuses & incentives also on offer.
