Production Estimator - Intermediate - Project Housing

My client is a well established residential builder located in Sydney's west. Due to growth and the recent up-turn of the residential market, they are now after an intermediate Production Estimator to join their exciting and professional estimating team.

The Client

Operating successfully in the past 30+ years, my client is a privately owned residential builder who specialises in high end project housing. Currently one of the successful and celebrated housing contractors they have established a great environment and a friendly working culture.

The Right Candidate

They are looking for a Production Estimator with the following;

• Min 5 years experience in Production Estimating for reputable residential builders
• Extensive knowledge and proficiency on the Databuild software package
• Able to provide quality estimates and take offs
• Focused and team orientated candidate who can work well with a team or autonomous

The Position

Reporting directly to an Estimating Manager, the successful candidate will work with a team of Production and Sales Estimators producing estimates for single storey, double storey and custom built homes across Sydney. The advantage of a professional and experienced team of estimators are there, all willing and open to mentor, help and train an individual to reach their full potential.
