Fone Zone is a national retail company who have serviced Telstra customers for over a decade selling mobile, landline and internet packages. As a valued member of our team you will be rewarded with an excellent base and a lucrative commission scheme as well as opportunities which can only be offered within a national company.

We are looking for a mature and experienced Store Manager with a demonstrated ability in driving teams to success.This is a leadership position where you will manage a team of Sales Consultants.

Ideally you will possess the following attributes:

• Proven retail management experience (2+ years)
• Experience in Retail Sales Management
• Confident in smashing sales targets
• The ability to lead & motivate your team
• Experience in budgeting, rostering ????? ????? control

Reporting to the Area Manager, this role is integral in driving the store and brand  to new dimensions.Your experience in retail sales management, both people and operational will ensure your success in this store.
