The Division of Student Administration provides effective, customer focussed and sustainable services and systems to support students and the learning, teaching and research activities of the University. The Division supports the student life cycle from admission through to graduation, and is responsible for a wide range of services to the University community. The Student Systems and Quality Office is responsible for providing flexible, scalable and cost effective systems to meet the ever changing needs of students, staff and the university. In order to meet the increasing demands of the dynamic higher education sector, the Office provides support for the continuous improvement of a wide range of Student Administration related systems and services through project support, staff development and training.

The Student Systems Analyst will provide support to the Student Systems and Quality Office in the business operation and development of Information technology solutions across the university. Duties will include responsibility for the analysis, specification, development and implementation of new processes within the student systems, and to assist in the maintenance and integrity of existing systems.
