    The role:

    Working in the award winning call ????? ????? will work on the "front line" helping new and existing customers with numerous enquiries, providing accurate information relating to products, services and accounts. You will be required to actively listen to customers and ask relevant questions to ensure they are receiving the most cost effective solution. This role does involve selling new services, streamlining services for your customers and upgrading their products.


    Duties include:

    • Handling inbound customer sales and service contacts and closing sales opportunities
    • Identify customer needs, provide product/service information
    • Data entry and maintenance of customer information into an internal database
    • Liaise with internal departments passing on leads and relevant enquires
    • Troubleshoot any customer queries
    • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with peer groups and key internal departments

    The Fit:

    This role will suit someone who has previous sales and customer service experience. You will have a background working within a call ????? ????? retail/sales rep role. You will need to have computer skills ie including internal database and data entry skills. This role is 100% office based and you will be on the phone for your entire shift. You will be required to work to and reach sales targets, so you need to be confident and comfortable with this working environment.

    • Strong communication & customer service skills
    • Previous sales experience
    • A can do - get the job completed attitude
    • A solid work history
    • Reliable transport due to changing shift times
    • Availability to start work in the 1st week of December.

    Whats on offer:
