Plant and Distribution Officer -
Bathurst Concrete.
Opportunities currently exist for Concrete Truck Drivers to join the Holcim Concrete, Western NSW Team as Plant and Distribution Officer. The position is based in Bathurst NSW and report to the respective Plant Managers/Supervisors.
We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic people with a strong focus on safety and customer service. It is expected that the successful applicants will also have ambitions to eventually take on the role of a concrete Plant Supervisor or similar role within Holcim.
The role will involve delivering ????? ????? our customers in the Bathurst/Lithgow/Oberon/Orange Area. The successful applicant will also be expected to learn how to batch concrete and to assist the plant manager/supervisor with his day to day activities.
Applicants should have a heavy vehicle licence and previous experience driving concrete agitators, however this is not mandatory. A front-end loader ticket and experience batching / allocating in a concrete plant would be a distinct advantage.
Applicants should be well presented, have good communication skills and the ability to work unsupervised. A strong commitment to customer service, teamwork, working safely and high standards of equipment care are essential.
