The Division of Library Services is an integral partner in the University’s teaching, learning and research through excellence in the provision of innovative library services, accessible anywhere, anytime – “Library without walls”.
The Business Services team provides Division-wide business support services and develops and implements plans and policies for consistency and effectiveness in financial management, data collection, purchasing and equipment, physical facilities, risk management, legislative compliance, contract management, photocopying and printing.
The Finance Officer works as part of a cross-campus team, providing high level financial and administrative support to the Division of Library Services. The role works closely with the Manager, Business Services to assist with financial, budgetary and asset management matters and the drafting and follow through of complex correspondence and relevant reports.
