Due to the continued expansion of our firm we require an ambitious individual to join our vibrant team.Business ManagerThis new role will facilitate best practice within the firm and ensure effective systems and processes are used for operational efficiency. The role will include the management and mentoring ????? ????? staff to facilitate the smooth and effective operations of the administration side of the business. You will need a systems development and maintenance philosophy, management and administration experience and a high level of computer competency. Knowledge of Solution 6 and Viztopia would be an advantage. You will manage all external relationships with suppliers and service providers.You will be proactive and an effective leader with a proven ability to take control and be accountable. You will have high energy levels, well developed communication skills and the ability to multi-task and be hands on when required.An appropriate remuneration package will be provided to the successful candidate.
