CozWine is currently seeking all experienced Cellar Hands to be part of the 2010 Vintage for various clients within the Barossa Valley.
To be suitable for these positions you must have previous Cellar experience.
Vintage Cellar Hands are responsible for harvest duties such as grape receival and processing, additions, rackings and transfers, filtration, fermentation management and barrel work. Cellar work is a crucial part of the process providing the 'back-bone' to the whole operation. To be suitable for these positions you must:
- have at least one Vintage experience within the Cellar
- be willing, and able, to work harmoniously in a team environment but have the confidence to work independently
- be prepared to work designated shifts over extended hours.
- be physically fit, OH&S conscious, and have a good work ethic
- forklift licence and/or confined space training will be looked upon favourably
