Boiler Attendant

Our client located in the Barossa Valley requires a Boiler Attendant for a medium term contract. This position commences in January 2010 and it is expected that the contract will last up to 6 months.

 

To be suitable for this position you must meet the following criteria: 

• Have a current Boiler certificate. 
• Able to operate Water Tube and IFM Boilers 
• Be prepared to work shifts and overtime as required 
• Be OHS conscieous and adhere to policies at all times 
• Be able to work as part of a team and autonomously 
• Be fit and able to undertake manual handling duties 

In this position you will be required to start up, monitor and assist with any preventative maintenance issues. It is also expected that you have knowledge in repair and be able to assist technicians in fault finding.

 

A pre-employment medical will form part of the employment process.
