Prushka is a national company with head office located in Melbourne.

Due to growth we are seeking a person to handle phone based collections in the Ballarat office

Essential Criteria:

Collections, Customer Service experience

Intermediate Word and Outlook

Clear and concise phone manner

Data entry speed 45-55 words per min

The position is phone based collections ,so you are required to spend prolonged periods on the phone.

You must be able to relate to persons at all levels, and have the desire to succeed and achieve daily targets.

Induction 2 weeks at Melbourne office
