Our client is a well respected company in the residential building industry and is currently seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join their dynamic team. As the successful candidate you will have the opportunity to utilise your excellent communication and project scheduling skills at a well-established company whilst leading an administration team of three. The successful candidate will lead the contracts team and support the project manager on a diverse range of projects and will have the opportunity to utilise their excellent communication and project scheduling skills. Other duties will include customer service, finalising contracts, placing orders for building products, variations to contract, preparing ????? ????? and client hand over's. You will require previous building industry experience, sound understanding of contractual requirements, permit handling, excellent verbal, written and communication skills and an ability to work well within a team environment with proven leadership abilities. A salary package of between $50 and $70K per annum will be awarded to the successful candidate, along with the opportunity to work with a leading homebuilder and as part of a close knit and efficient team who love where they work.
