Would you like to join our outstanding professional team and deliver high

quality services across Ballarat, Geelong and the Western Region?

This exciting new program and position requires the successful candidate

to drive the development and implementation of the Career Start

Graduates with a Disability Program.

It is preferred the successful applicant will have

• Extensive experience working with people who have a disability

preferably within the employment sector

• Relevant qualifications in the area of disability and or extensive

experience in disability career development

• High level interpersonal skills

• Ability to work across a range of employment and geographic areas

• Commitment to promoting the program and participants to

potential employers

The successful applicant will be a positive, enthusiastic and

professional individual that is keen to actively develop services offered by

BRACE.
