The Department of Sustainability & Environment (DSE) leads the Victorian Government’s efforts to sustainably manage water resources and catchments, climate change, bushfires, parks and other public land, forests, biodiversity and ecosystem conservation.
We require a Team Leader to coach and motivate a call ????? ????? at the department’s State Call ????? ????? Wendouree, Ballarat.
This role will focus on developing a high performing team, setting clear objectives, measuring/managing performance, motivating, training and mentoring ????? ????? achieve their best.
The successful candidate will possess strong planning/organisational skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues in a high pressured environment.
Successful management of this team will require strong Call ????? ????? Leader experience within either government or private sectors.
