The Department of Sustainability & Environment (DSE) leads the Victorian Government’s efforts to sustainably manage water resources and catchments, climate change, bushfires, parks and other public land, forests, biodiversity and ecosystem conservation.
We require an Operations Manager to manage the day to day function of the State Call ????? ????? Wendouree, Ballarat.
Reporting to the Call ????? ?????, the successful applicant will demonstrate their expertise and leadership in call ????? ?????. This role will involve business transformation through high-quality change management. Acting as a role model you will focus the team on achieving operational success.
The successful candidate will possess outstanding communicating skills with extensive experience in leadership and process management with the ability to act quickly and effectively in emergency situations.
